Can't beat a fiery preacher who couldn't sleep at night until ALL heard! I especially like that when John would hold prayer meetings the night before church if you didn't show up and get your ticket you couldn't get into service the next morning!! Let's do that Aaron, if you don't show up to pray river valley you can't go to your church the following Sunday morning, I'm sure we could work out a deal with the local congregations!!!!......ok well I'm only slightly joking! At one point he said, "You guys are christians aren't you? Let me guess; you're Assemblies of God." Robin immediately responded, "Actually, we're Methodists." My knee jerk reaction was to shush her and proclaim, "NO WE ARE NOT! However, there is also no account (again, to my knowledge) of John Wesley laying hands on, and seeing manifest healing, on any humans... HOWEVER, there is an account of his horse falling deathly ill when he really needed to be somewhere, and he laid hands on it, and by a prayer of faith it was healed.
